Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the bank to clients, prospects, and guests in person, by telephone, or by email in a courteous, professional manner.
  • •Provide exceptional client service and accurate information on bank services, products, policies, and procedures.
  • •Open new business and consumer accounts and cross-sell bank products and services to new and prospective clients.
  • •Process transactions including loan payments, account transfers, and address changes; perform teller duties such as basic cash handling and daily cash balancing.
  • •Adhere to laws and regulations governing bank operations, including BSA/AML, identify risk, and escalate concerns through proper channels; perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • •1+ years of experience in client service and/or a cross-trained teller position.
  • •Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • •Excellent customer service skills and strong oral and written communication skills.
