Job Summary

Provide clinical education and applications support for Philips hospital patient monitoring and general care solutions. Key Responsibilities

•Provide clinical education and applications support to potential and existing Philips Healthcare customers across QLD.
•Deliver clinical support throughout the relationship lifecycle, partnering with Account Managers from pre-sale through post-sale.
•Conduct pre-sale presentations and demonstrations as part of the sales cycle.
•Support installation and deliver post-sale training, applications, and ongoing customer support.
•Translate clinical knowledge into customer-focused solution adoption and competitive awareness.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Nursing or an equivalent medical qualification with comprehensive clinical experience in Critical Care/ICU.
•Proven ability to understand customer needs and competitive activity, and develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
•Experience initiating, developing, and implementing educational presentations and training for existing and future customers.
•Flexibility to travel regularly across ANZ.
