Job Summary

Lead Quality Analyst for Core Banking (Transact) engagements, owning QA strategy, test plans, and regression/nonfunctional testing. Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality Analysts, Senior Quality Analysts, and QA Engineers.
•Develop and implement QA strategies, roadmaps, and test plans for Transact projects.
•Oversee functional regression and nonfunctional testing activities.
•Review business requirements and system specifications to define test scope, approach, and plans.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage defect resolution, reporting, and upstream quality improvements.

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in Core Banking (Transact) testing.
•Proven experience as a Quality Analyst in the banking sector with Temenos testing experience and strong SME/domain knowledge in corporate lending.
•In-depth knowledge of Core Banking Transact modules, including Arrangement Architecture (AA).
•Experience with automation testing and system/spec review to define test scope and approach.
•Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, strong stakeholder communication, and team leadership skills.
