Key Responsibilities

  • •Verantwortung für zentrale Teile der aktuariellen Wertschöpfungskette im Segment Motor / SME-Flotten übernehmen und eine profitable, kundenorientierte Preisstrategie gestalten.
  • •Preisgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Tarifen eigenverantwortlich vorantreiben – von Konzeption über Monitoring bis zu regelmäßigen Tarifreviews.
  • •Komplexe Risikomodelle entwickeln, implementieren und validieren sowie zur Profitabilitätssteuerung beitragen.
  • •Ergebnisse aus Schaden-, Risiko- und Portfolioanalysen adressatengerecht für Management und Führungskräfte aufbereiten und Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten.
  • •Underwriting, Vertrieb und Portfolio-Management bei strategischen Fragestellungen beraten und Junior-Aktuar:innen fachlich unterstützen.

Key Requirements

  • •Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Pricing-Aktuariat, vorzugsweise im Segment Motor, KMU oder Kfz-Flotten.
  • •Fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Validierung komplexer Risikomodelle sowie in der datengetriebenen Portfoliosteuerung.
  • •Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python und Databricks sowie tiefgehendes Know-how in Statistik, Machine Learning und Data Science.
  • •Aktuar:in (DAV) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie ausgeprägte Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung.
  • •Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Mathematik, Statistik, Aktuarwissenschaften, Data Science oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung.
