Job Summary

Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 admin portal capabilities for SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Purview to govern, catalog, and protect data across cloud and on-premises environments. Monitor services via Microsoft Admin Center, handle incidents and service requests within SLA, and manage governance remediations from security assessments. Create and maintain KB articles, SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and documented procedures for audit-ready tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 admin portals and solutions for SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Purview to govern and protect organizational data assets.
•Provide support and proactively monitor M365 services using Microsoft Admin Center.
•Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLA standards, including incident and problem management.
•Create, update, and maintain knowledge base articles and documented procedures for team governance and audit purposes.
•Maintain SharePoint sites and configure Teams and channels/apps; ensure remediations for security assessments and other governance issues.

•Proven experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Purview, including data governance and data classification, labeling, and metadata management.
•Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI, REST APIs) plus knowledge of cloud security best practices.
•Advanced understanding of enterprise applications, security, compliance, and regulatory/legal compliance obligations; previous leadership experience preferred.
