Key Responsibilities

  • •Record all financial documents into the Oracle NetSuite ERP system on a monthly basis and perform monthly closing procedures
  • •Track vendor invoices and ensure all supplier invoices are recorded under the correct cost centers
  • •Review and approve personal expense reports submitted by employees
  • •Prepare payment plans and share them with the payments team for execution
  • •Prepare supporting schedules related to tax declarations and submit them to senior management
