Support the Hermès Sydney Trust Flagship Boutique in a temporary, fixed-term 12-month role, delivering extraordinary client service in a fast-paced luxury environment. You’ll build and maintain client relationships, handle client requests and after-sales support, and ensure accurate transactions using POS and CRM systems. You’ll also maintain impeccable retail presentation through visual merchandising, manage stock activities (including counts), and contribute to the team’s métier expertise.

•Deliver exceptional client experience aligned with Hermès Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines, including Orange Box Ceremony and Hand Rituals.
•Handle complex client issues (e.g., exchanges/returns and after-sales) according to the Store Notebook, ensuring accurate completion of forms.
•Capture and communicate accurate client and in-store information using POS and CRM systems and feedback to store management.
•Maintain visual merchandising standards and retail floor housekeeping, including BOH organization and cleanliness.
•Support daily operations and stock duties, including deliveries, cycle counts/stock takes, and training/sharing on new product launches and care/aftersales.
