  • •Establish technical direction across the organization to deliver the highest quality software at the fastest possible velocity.

  • •Work with Product Architects to ensure engineering efforts are delivering the correct product requirements.
  • •Work with Engineering Management to define best practices and ensure they are being adhered to.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field.
  • •Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple engineering teams.
  • •Experience delivering high-quality software with focus on security and performance.
  • •Strong mentoring and people management skills; able to conduct 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
  • •Experience coordinating with product architects, delivery, and strategic engineering initiatives.
