Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain relationships with labels, CMOs, and key music industry partners across Türkiye, and lead strategic initiatives and events
•Represent Spotify publicly as a trusted voice by participating in events, panels, and industry forums
•Shape and deliver clear narratives that communicate Spotify’s platform, values, and innovations, coordinating with Marketing, PR, Government Affairs, and global Music teams
•Provide market insights to local teams on trends, genres and listener behavior to guide strategy
•Manage budgets to execute impactful programs across the local music ecosystem

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years of experience across media, entertainment, or technology, with exposure to rights, partnerships, or content strategy
•Understanding of how the digital music ecosystem works, including streaming models and platform dynamics
•Ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships across complex stakeholder environments
•Comfort representing an organization publicly and communicating complex ideas clearly
•Ability to use market insights and data to guide decisions and influence strategy
