Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform multi-point safety and cosmetic inspections to ensure operational readiness.
  • •Document maintenance activities using Condition, Cause, Correction, and Confirmation (4 Cs).
  • •Execute repair orders within maintenance management systems to maximize fleet uptime.
  • •Adhere to high-voltage safety, lockout/tagout protocols, and hazardous material handling.
  • •Perform vehicle startups, basic software loading, and data-logging hardware installations; apply level-specific repairs, diagnostics, warranty oversight, mentoring, escalation, and predictive maintenance as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • •Able to work assigned shifts (AM, PM, Overnight), weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • •Ability to stand for extended periods and lift assemblies exceeding 50 lbs.
  • •Strong adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
  • •Level-specific experience and certifications: Tech 1 (1-3 years), Tech 2 (3-5 years diagnostics/electronics), Tech 3 (5-7+ years; ASE Master plus A6/A7/A8), Tech 4 (7-10+ years; Shop Foreman/Lead track record; ASE L3).
