Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the Career Accelerator Program with professional and technical training and on-the-job learning to ramp into product, test, or validation engineering.
  • •Support development and implementation of strategies to meet profitability targets for assigned TI product lines, including new product development, cost reduction, capacity expansion, and yield enhancement projects.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for operational aspects of the assigned product portfolio and resolve customer quality and application issues.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional teams for problem solving and lead relationships with key contacts in wafer fabrication and assembly manufacturing sites.
  • •Apply product, test, and validation engineering concepts such as device failure verification, test optimization, bench setup verification/characterization, and capability verification/release to manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
  • •Basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital components.
  • •Knowledge of analog circuitry (e.g., op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing).
  • •Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended) and experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, plus soldering and debugging skills.
