Job Summary

Build and improve AI-assisted hardware design verification at AMD by developing ML/AI-driven methods for specification analysis, RTL/testbench generation, and smarter debug cycles. Design and deploy LLM-powered tools, AI agents, and automated workflows, using Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect models with internal engineering tooling. Architect high-performance development environments and verification infrastructure, and deploy AI tools across AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI with CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and refine ML/AI-driven strategies to automate specification analysis, RTL/testbench generation, and intelligent debug cycles.
•Build and deploy AI agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect LLMs with internal engineering tools.
•Architect and maintain high-performance development setups using AI-native IDEs and extensions.
•Write clean, scalable, maintainable code for verification infrastructure, data mining, and internal web frameworks.
•Deploy AI-driven tools across cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) and integrate them into automated CI/CD pipelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,600 - 249,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or Object-Oriented Perl.
•Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP), databases, and web frameworks.
•Familiarity with hardware description and verification languages such as SystemVerilog, UVM, and assertions.
•Knowledge of deploying tools in AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI.
•BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
