Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, picking, staging, material movement, and order fulfillment.
  • •Operate material handling equipment in accordance with safety standards and promote safe work practices.
  • •Coordinate daily manpower and work assignments while providing on-the-floor direction, coaching, and support to team members.
  • •Manage material flow from receiving to customer delivery, including cycle counts and inventory accuracy support.
  • •Complete nonconformance reports for defective materials and follow returns and RMA processes; assist with operational issues and escalate when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years of formal or informal leadership experience, including mentoring or training team members.
  • •Forklift license with at least 5 years of experience.
  • •RF experience for at least 3 years.
  • •Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future; no relocation is offered and candidates must reside within 80 KM of Milton, ON.
