Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Federal Project Controls function and support clients including USACE and NAVFAC.
  • •Lead development and continuous improvement of program-wide project controls processes, procedures, governance frameworks, and systems.
  • •Ensure integration of cost, schedule, risk, and reporting disciplines, including earned value management (EVM) and predictive analytics.
  • •Oversee enterprise dashboards and provide real-time insights via KPIs, risk exposure, trends, and variances, with actionable reports to senior leadership.
  • •Establish and enforce cost control, change control impact assessment, funding alignment, and preparation/validation of estimates, budgets, forecasts, and ETC.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent.
  • •10+ years of project controls experience involving Federal clients and projects.
  • •Extensive knowledge of cost estimating methodologies, cost control techniques, schedule management best practices, critical path method scheduling, and budgetary control systems.
  • •Knowledge of project controls software such as COBRA, PRISM, Procore, InEight; hands-on experience with ORACLE PRIMAVERA P6 and Power BI.
  • •Excellent leadership, communication, and ability to independently organize assignments and prepare project reports and documentation.
