Key Responsibilities

•Drive category performance by optimizing assortment, pricing, availability, and content on online platforms.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, sourcing, and last‑mile teams to ensure product availability and strong customer experience.
•Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify online growth opportunities and improve forecasting accuracy.
•Negotiate pricing, deals, and supplier agreements to maximize sales and profitability in Fresh & FMCG categories.
•Manage digital catalogue, promotions, and leaflets to support online merchandising and campaigns.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, category management, retail, or FMCG environment.
•Proven track record in managing online categories, driving sales growth, and improving profitability.
•Strong experience in pricing strategy, assortment planning, and supplier negotiation.
•Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, KPIs, and market trends.
•Experience working cross‑functionally with supply chain, sourcing, and operations teams in a fast‑paced environment.
