Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and grow deep relationships with engineering leaders and power users at key enterprise accounts.
  • •Partner with Field Engineering and Sales to deliver a seamless post-sale experience.
  • •Drive Cursor adoption by aligning usage with business objectives and engineering goals.
  • •Guide customers on rollout best practices, including prompt strategy, context configuration, and internal enablement.
  • •Influence internal roadmap priorities by providing regular business reviews, monitoring account health, and tracking usage patterns to drive renewals and expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong communication skills and executive presence, comfortable whiteboarding with developers and aligning with CTO-level priorities.
  • •Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering org structures.
  • •Fluency in technical workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity.
  • •Customer-obsessed mindset with strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • •Experience in TAM, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, or consulting for enterprise software.
