Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement metal recovery technology strategy and other technology improvements across Radius operations.
  • •Project manage technology, continuous improvement, and capital projects, including scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and progress monitoring.
  • •Lead process improvement and technological advancements to enhance product quality, increase metal recovery, and create new product streams.
  • •Develop and deliver training and support tools to institutionalize new technologies and process improvements for operations employees.
  • •Partner with Environmental, Health & Safety teams to ensure adherence to policies and identify sustainability improvements that reduce environmental impact.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and 5 years of process engineering and project management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience leading and implementing continuous improvement/optimization projects.
  • •Prior experience in scrap metals recycling or an adjacent heavy industry such as mining, gas & oil, municipal waste recycling, or heavy fabrication/processing.
  • •Strong safety mindset and understanding of environmental permitting processes.
  • •Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to drive an automobile.
