Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of the Nurse in Charge and Registered Nurse. Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Registered Nurse with planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
•Monitor the impact of nursing care and maintain communication with the Registered Nurse on patient status.
•Use evidence-based healthcare practices and apply Severe Care Domains of DOH.
•Advocate for the best interests of the patient and family and provide appropriate family education.
•Assist physicians/therapists with procedures while adhering to dress code and confidentiality requirements.

Key Requirements

•Graduate from a recognized nursing school (minimum 2 years).
•1 years minimum clinical experience plus 6 months recent experience with ventilated patients (adult and pediatric requirements specified).
•Current valid registration in the country of training and/or country of last employment.
•Eligible for DOH licensing.
•ACLS (adult patients) and PALS (pediatric patients).
