Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
  • •Lead project governance activities including status meetings, steering committee meetings, and client communications.
  • •Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement) and drive corrective actions to stay on track.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
  • •8–12+ years of IT project management experience with significant experience managing Salesforce projects.
  • •Strong understanding of Salesforce implementations and the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • •Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and distributed teams with strong client and stakeholder management.
  • •Experience with project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource management, and delivery tracking.
