Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and continuously evolve enterprise logistics strategies, programs, and initiatives to optimize inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and end-to-end transportation performance.
  • •Build and manage carrier performance frameworks using KPI scorecards and real-time reporting; use data analytics to drive measurable operational improvements.
  • •Lead strategic sourcing and carrier partnerships, managing RFPs, contract negotiations, tariff/rate optimization, and ongoing performance governance with 3PL/transportation partners.
  • •Expand and optimize global logistics and transportation networks by identifying and onboarding new lanes, transportation modes, and service providers for freight, e-commerce, and industrial projects.
  • •Manage inbound/outbound transportation and network architecture to reduce lead times and improve service levels; own annual logistics budget and escalate complex logistics issues with corrective/preventive actions.

Key Requirements
