Job Summary

Provide compassionate, spiritual care across Tyson facilities, maintaining safety-focused presence and engaging team members throughout production areas. Deliver spiritual and emotional guidance to team members and immediate families, counsel individuals after distress or bereavement, and respond to critical incidents. Partner with HR and chaplain services to offer stabilizing educational and social resources, make hospital/home visits, support memorials, and maintain confidential records. Advise management on religion, morals/ethics, and team member morale.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a consistent physical presence and compassionate care across assigned facilities while modeling safety protocols.
•Spend at least 40% of the workday engaging team members across accessible work areas and break locations.
•Provide spiritual and emotional guidance to team members and immediate families while respecting beliefs and values.
•Counsel distressed and bereaved individuals and respond to critical incident situations involving trauma.
•Maintain confidentiality, keep accurate records, and provide required reports to help leadership assess thematic risks.
