Key Responsibilities

•Develop QA test plans and execute regression testing and post-layout verification for standard cell libraries.
•Design and validate circuits to meet performance/power specifications.
•Guide and lead a group of engineers to deliver SRAM IP within timelines.
•Analyze circuits to find robustness gaps, improve robustness, and review robustness reports for issues.
•Review layouts and apply SRAM PPA trade-offs to meet specifications, including reliability validation under process variations.

Key Requirements

•4 to 14 years of experience with QA methodologies for standard cell libraries, including test plan development, regression testing, and post-layout verification.
•Experience designing competitive circuits meeting performance/power specifications and owning delivery from SPEC to GDS and DK.
•Knowledge of RC network fundamentals and FINFET fundamentals, including custom or compiler SRAM/ROM development experience.
•Strong robustness analysis: identify robustness gaps, review robustness reports, and suggest solutions and layout improvements to achieve competitive PPA.
•Proficiency in quality assessment (PPA optimization) and statistical/variation analysis to validate margins and reliability under process variations.
