Key Responsibilities

•Lead a multidisciplinary software engineering team, foster a collaborative, secure, and high-performance environment, and support technical career development of engineers.
•Ensure delivery of projects from discovery to production rollout, monitor ongoing projects, and track team OKRs to align with company goals.
•Define clear product vision with stakeholders, translate business problems into technically viable and scalable solutions, and act as a bridge between technical and business areas to ensure alignment, visibility, and risk management.
•Facilitate agile rituals (planning, daily standups, reviews, retros) to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
•Promote engineering best practices, architecture, and observability to ensure quality and efficiency of delivered solutions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams or high-availability projects.
•Strong systems thinking with ability to connect business goals to technical decisions.
•Experience with roadmapping, prioritization, and stakeholder negotiation.
•Solid technical background with experience in distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
•Hands-on experience mentoring engineers and promoting high-performance teams.
