Job Summary

Technical Architect on Notion’s Professional Services team designs and implements end-to-end technical solutions for large-scale enterprise deployments, leading migrations, integrations, and customer-driven architectures while collaborating with Product, CX, and Engineering to inform the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the hands-on technical delivery of customer engagements, including deep technical discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation.
•Lead the design and execution of large-scale content and data migrations, including discovery, scoping, data modeling, transformation logic, validation, and post-migration optimization.
•Translate business and technical requirements into well-architected Notion solutions within the customer's broader technical ecosystem.
•Participate in and lead technical design sessions, document current and future state architectures, and identify gaps, risks, and tradeoffs.
•Design and build customer integrations, automations, and custom tooling as part of Notion implementations.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in a customer facing engineering role or similar, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
•Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, Python) and production-quality code for customer-facing/internal contexts.
•Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
•Fluency in English and French.
•Strong communication skills and track record of delivering customer value by translating technical challenges into practical solutions at scale.
