Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and facilitate the monthly S&OP cycle, including product, demand, and supply reviews, and executive business review meetings, ensuring implementation within the BU.
  • •Coordinate across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain to achieve consensus planning.
  • •Identify and quantify demand-supply gaps, present scenario options, and facilitate decisions on capacity, inventory, and service level trade-offs.
  • •Monitor S&OP KPIs such as forecast accuracy, plan attainment, and inventory targets, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Support annual business planning and quarterly business reviews with integrated demand-supply analysis, manage planning conflicts, and standardize S&OP policies and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or business management with 3+ years in S&OP or similar cross-functional roles.
  • •Proficiency in S&OP software platforms, advanced Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
  • •Strong facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building skills with senior stakeholders, plus strong executive presentation and communication abilities.
  • •Understanding of financial planning, operations management, and strategic business planning.
