Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, deploy, optimize, and innovate test strategies for Micron DRAM in HBM products.
  • •Guide development for probe, burn-in, and ATE test code and testing techniques to validate device performance.
  • •Work with Design Engineering to run pre-silicon simulations and communicate DFT circuit/test mode issues.
  • •Debug and identify root causes for failures using data, electrical, and physical analysis techniques.
  • •Supervise yields against projections and provide technical training and expertise to other engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •DRAM or other memory testing experience with XX years experience.
  • •Programming experience in C, C++, and Python.
  • •Familiarity with engineering tools in a Linux environment and Linux command line skills.
  • •Craft and deliver presentations for meetings with partner teams.
