Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and independently manage Invite CRM strategy, including lifecycle management, segmentation, incentives, and engagement initiatives.
  • •Own Pricing CRM strategy to help customers understand the value of choosing Wise.
  • •Use price leadership to drive referrals by connecting customer experience to advocacy and recommendation moments.
  • •Manage cross-functional stakeholder communication and collaboration across Product, UX Research, Designers, Copywriters, Engineers, and Analysts.
  • •Run reporting and optimisation: campaign performance analysis, deliverability, database health, A/B testing, and monthly reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in a CRM role with strong segmentation and lifecycle management capabilities.
  • •Proven ability to manage cross-channel lifecycle communications end-to-end (email, push, in-app messages).
  • •Strong analytical skills to use data and insights to improve campaign performance and measurable conversion/engagement outcomes.
  • •Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and senior leaders, influencing alignment and constructively challenging assumptions.
  • •Technically-savvy with experience creating CRM assets (e.g., hands-on email/canvas creation within CRM platforms).
