Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with client teams on specific tasks, owning deliverable quality and ensuring project milestones are reached.
  • •Manage communications and project timelines.
  • •Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
  • •Increase Allianz Consulting expertise in strategic development areas.
  • •Contribute to internal Allianz Consulting projects, including knowledge sharing and team events.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting or financial business.
  • •Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for business transformation.
  • •Experience in project management, change management, business transformation, or initiative development and rollout.
  • •Excellent command of German and English for presentations and reports, plus proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (complex functions).
