Job Summary

Lead development, support, modernization, and strategic evolution of PeopleSoft Financials & Supply Chain Management (FSCM). Serve as hands-on technical lead for enterprise PeopleSoft initiatives including enhancements, upgrades, production support, integrations, and customizations. Partner with stakeholders for requirements and fit-gap analysis, improve operational efficiency and reliability, and architect integrations using APIs and web services. Drive AI and intelligent automation initiatives through AI agents, automated workflows, and intelligent reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, implement, and support PeopleSoft FSCM applications and related technologies.
•Lead enterprise PeopleSoft initiatives including enhancements, upgrades, and modernization projects.
•Provide production support: ensure stability and reliability, manage incidents, and drive root cause analysis and improvements.
•Develop PeopleSoft customizations, integrations, reports, workflows, and extensions; lead PeopleTools and PUM upgrades and production deployments.
•Architect integrations between PeopleSoft and enterprise applications using web services and APIs, and modernize using AI agents and automated workflows.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•10+ years of experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing PeopleSoft Financials & Supply Chain Management (FSCM).
•Hands-on technical leadership delivering large-scale PeopleSoft solutions.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams and modernization projects.
•Experience implementing automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
