Key Responsibilities

  • •Confidently repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform electrical/mechanical diagnosis.
  • •Maintain strong knowledge of High Voltage, Low Voltage, and general electric vehicle systems.
  • •Follow repair order documentation procedures ("The Three C's").
  • •Use the appropriate software suite to document all customer vehicle interactions accurately.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers, and support mobile service remotely as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
  • •Knowledge of High Voltage, Low Voltage, and Electric Vehicle powertrains.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing interactions.
  • •Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •EPA 609 certification and a valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.
