Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Director, HRBP supporting the global Engineering organization.
  • •Drive execution of Engineering transformation initiatives with alignment across HR, Engineering leadership, and functional partners.
  • •Lead complex cross-functional projects including workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and operational improvements.
  • •Coordinate business rhythms such as strategic planning, operating reviews, and leadership updates.
  • •Create executive-ready communications, presentations, and briefs to support decision-making and organizational alignment.
