Relationship Banker

Build consultative relationships with clients by learning their financial goals and recommending personalized solutions. Proactively drive growth through deposit accounts, loans and lines of credit, and referrals to mortgage, wealth/private client, and business banking partners. Provide excellent client service while supporting teller-line coverage as needed. Coach associates on sales and referrals, maintain compliance with bank policies and risk controls, and assist with operational tasks including dual control vault responsibilities.
