Senior Systems Engineer (R5443)

Own the administration, support, and continuous improvement of Shield AI’s enterprise IT infrastructure. Design, implement, and maintain systems across cloud services, identity and endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and core IT services. Monitor performance and operational metrics to improve reliability, scalability, and security. Lead infrastructure upgrades, troubleshooting, and incident/change/DR activities, partnering with Infrastructure, Networking, and Security teams while mentoring junior administrators.
