EHS & Facilities Manager

Lead Health, Safety, Environment, and Facilities management across a manufacturing site, creating safe and compliant working conditions while supporting reliable, efficient production. Own HSE policy implementation and compliance with UK legislation, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, and drive safety culture and training. Manage environmental monitoring and hazardous materials handling, oversee facilities infrastructure reliability and maintenance schedules, and coordinate contractors, suppliers, and facilities projects.
