Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify warranty opportunities from defects, removals, shop findings, teardown reports, and supplier performance trends.
  • •Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims per OEM and supplier contractual requirements, ensuring submissions within timelines.
  • •Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Technical Records to gather defect, removal/installation, teardown, and traceability/certification documentation.
  • •Maintain structured digital records of submitted, approved, rejected, and pending claims; monitor status and follow up proactively.
  • •Track recovery performance and cycle times, escalate delayed/disputed/rejected claims with root-cause analysis, and support audits with evidence packs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •3–6 years of experience in an airline, CAMO, or MRO environment.
  • •Practical experience in warranty handling, technical records, maintenance support, or engineering support.
  • •Familiarity with OEM warranty processes and documentation standards.
  • •High documentation discipline with audit-ready record control; experience with AMOS is preferred.
