Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop storyboards and video concepts from creative briefs, audience insights, and performance objectives.
  • •Edit and produce video content across multiple formats and lengths, including paid social and short cutdowns.
  • •Create and integrate Gen AI video using techniques such as text-to-video and image-to-video, then combine with traditional footage for polished delivery.
  • •Build motion graphics and branded elements (e.g., kinetic typography, transitions, lower thirds, end frames) and adapt/version content for platforms, markets, languages, and aspect ratios.
  • •Develop scalable video production workflows, templates, automation, and prompt libraries; review outputs to correct AI artefacts, continuity issues, and brand/platform compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.
  • •2+ years of hands-on experience using generative AI video tools in real production environments.
  • •Mandatory portfolio/showreel demonstrating Gen AI video work.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • •Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, with experience using DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent).
