Key Responsibilities

•Capture statements of requirements for initiatives and troubleshoot current and future states.
•Manage solution delivery by translating business challenges into solution evidence and priorities for technology domains.
•Resolve technical and integration issues impacting initiative outcomes while ensuring scalable, integrated designs aligned with enterprise standards.
•Guide delivery teams (including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists) with technical direction, design clarification, and quality oversight.
•Partner with domain integrators and business partners to shape initiative scope, success measures, KPIs/value outcomes, and surface risks and dependencies early.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mining/minerals engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial also applicable), computer science, and/or data science.
•4–8 years’ experience in technical, analytics, or technology delivery roles.
•Proven experience owning solution design and guiding delivery teams.
•Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
•Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Experience:4-8 years

Education:Bachelor's in Mining or Minerals Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical Electrical or Industrial also applicable), Computer Science and / or Data Science
