Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver and/or maintain secured IT infrastructure on factory and customer sites, including hardware integration, configuration, installation/deployment, and validation tests.
  • •Administer secured system and network platforms, handle operational incidents via tickets, and deploy approved upgrades (DevOps) and security plan activities.
  • •Provide support to end users and analyze/propose solutions quickly based on priorities.
  • •Support the INFRA technical work package manager with operational incident management and knowledge capitalization.
  • •Participate in integrations and acceptance tests with IVV teams and provide support during on-site operational activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or engineering degree (or equivalent).
  • •2 years of IT administration experience (desired).
  • •Hands-on experience with hardware platforms and infrastructure components (e.g., HPE ProLiant/3PAR, iLO, Brocade SAN, switches, firewalls).
  • •Proficiency with operating systems and virtualization (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, CentOS/RHEL, VMware vSphere).
  • •Experience with infrastructure/security administration tools and concepts (e.g., Active Directory, DNS/RADIUS/GPO, backup/restore, supervision, scripting; Puppet/Ansible is a plus).
