Key Responsibilities

  • •Own custody relationship(s) for assigned client(s) and manage overall service delivery.
  • •Act as point of consultation for all client queries, including investigation and resolution.
  • •Initiate frequent proactive communication with internal and external clients and conduct service reviews.
  • •Ensure adherence to departmental controls, with emphasis on REMS, CASS, and MiFID II requirements.
  • •Provide appropriate escalation of service/delivery issues to Relationship Managers/Client Service Managers and relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in Fund Services, preferably Custody.
  • •Technical knowledge of securities industry products and instruments.
  • •Strong leadership and ability to persuade and influence best practice.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with partners and clients at all levels.
  • •Initiative to take ownership and lead projects arising from market/regulatory changes.
