Job Summary

Lead daily readiness and performance for a production and depot manufacturing environment at the Raytheon Diné Facility. Manage up to 20+ employees per shift, driving workforce planning, hiring, training, and unit-hour performance while ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and safe, effective operations. Provide floor insight to cross-functional teams and support test and assembly activity to maintain production rates.

•Drive goals and accountability throughout the cell.
•Own workforce planning, forecasting, hiring, training, and unit-hour performance.
•Manage area layout and flow to support production execution.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements in a multiple production environment.
•Support and enable test associates and production employees by ensuring they have tools and operate safely, compliantly, and at production rates.

Key Requirements

•Experience executing assembly and/or test operations (preferred, but included as key capability).
