Job Summary

Build and scale GovWell’s mobile experience for government staff and residents. You’ll ship production mobile apps on iOS and Android, ensuring field workflows keep running reliably even with poor connectivity. Partner closely with product leadership and the CTO to define mobile UX and workflows, from permit and licensing status to next-generation capabilities, using a modern stack spanning native and web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Build the field experience for GovWell staff to be fast, reliable, and purpose-built for real conditions.
•Ensure work continues despite connectivity issues so field staff don’t lose progress.
•Deliver resident-facing permitting and licensing experiences on mobile, including easy permit status checks and applications.
•Help define GovWell’s native mobile craft standards as the product grows.
•Shape the evolving mobile workflows and capabilities as staff and citizen experiences change over time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,000 - 260,000 annually
