Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with engineering and business teams to understand workflows and find high-value opportunities for AI.
  • •Embed with teams to prototype AI-powered solutions, gather feedback, and iterate based on real user needs.
  • •Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI applications including agents, workflow automations, retrieval systems, and internal tools.
  • •Develop role-specific AI assistants via the internal plugin marketplace to automate repetitive work and improve productivity.
  • •Ensure solutions are reliable, observable, secure, and cost-effective across the full AI lifecycle; collaborate with platform engineers and share learnings.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building and shipping production AI applications using modern LLMs (e.g., agents, RAG, workflow automation, structured generation, and LLM evaluation).
  • •Strong software engineering skills for designing and operating production systems.
  • •Ability to work with customers or business stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into practical software solutions.
  • •A product mindset focused on delivering measurable user and business impact.
