Key Responsibilities

  • •Evolve TikTok’s AI Search multi-agent LLM engine using ReAct + tool calling, DAG-based workflows, and RAG paradigms.
  • •Deploy and optimize text and multimodal LLMs, including inference acceleration, training alignment, and reinforcement learning.
  • •Build scalable and reliable end-to-end serving platforms for AI Search use cases across online and offline scenarios.
  • •Design large-scale data architectures for billion-level records and optimize distributed system performance and scheduling.
  • •Collaborate with modeling and product teams to improve the AI Search experience for TikTok users.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • •At least 5 years of industry experience in recommendation, search, Ads, or ML infrastructure.
  • •Strong computer science background with proficient coding skills and solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
  • •Experience with at least one of recommendation systems, search engines, advertising engines, agent/RAG engines, or LLM serving/training.
  • •Effective communication and teamwork skills with a strong ownership mindset.
