Key Responsibilities

  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection centers to support vehicle reconditioning.
  • •Work scheduled shifts at the inspection center and be available for mandatory overtime based on business need.
  • •Operate vehicle equipment and tools safely and effectively throughout post-production.
  • •Maintain readiness to work in a fast-paced environment with possible exposure to excessive weather conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
  • •Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or initial quality inspections on vehicles.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Use safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, protective garments) and work in a fast-paced environment with possible heat/cold exposure.
