Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage business user requests for changes and enhancements to the DART system.
  • •Ensure changes and system solutions comply with NAESB standards, FERC gas tariffs, and FERC regulations.
  • •Analyze complex change requests, resolve competing priorities, and establish priorities with impacted customers.
  • •Document system issues and test cases and support accurate regression testing and documentation.
