•Modernize legacy systems into cloud services and develop new insurance products (B2B/B2C).
•Build AI-driven solutions with AZ Gen-AI Lab (GPT-4o) during Build & Innovate Days and collaborate in global hackathons to prototype cutting-edge tech.
•Develop in Java/J2EE using Spring Boot; utilize ABS RAP/RCP, Kafka, Camunda, or Azure as relevant.
•Work in Agile environments with Git workflows, perform testing with JUnit, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
•Automate processes and apply innovative problem-solving to optimize workflows and performance.

Key Requirements

•Agile practitioner with Git workflows and JUnit testing.
•Daily tools include Eclipse/IntelliJ, JIRA, and DBVisualizer; Azure cloud familiarity advantageous.
•Strong English communication; curiosity in AI/ML is a bonus and encouraged.
