Key Responsibilities

•Maintain health and safety compliance; prepare orders by pulling accurate materials and placing them for customer pickup or delivery.
•Load and unload trucks as necessary while ensuring inventory control by minimizing material damage and maintaining order accuracy.
•Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations; establish and promote high standards of customer service.
•Operate a forklift and ensure equipment is maintained to company operating standards.
•Perform day-to-day warehouse work including lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for most of the shift.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma preferred and 1–3 years of warehouse-related experience preferred.
•Ability to maintain health and safety compliance and follow company policies.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborate with Field Operations and Field Support Center teams.
•Ability to self-manage, be proactive, and drive results while maintaining order accuracy.
•Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers, and problem-solve/prioritize tasks as needed.
