Job Summary

Provide first line credit advisory and support to Relationship Managers within the Business Credit Office (BCO). Own the end-to-end Credit & Lending servicing journey, including client outreach, research, financial and credit analysis, and credit proposal writing. Facilitate client review and renewal activities, participate in deal discussions, and ensure credit quality through embedded risk controls, OKRs/SLAs/KPIs, MI tracking, and continuous productivity improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Combine client relationship management with strong credit risk assessment to ensure required credit quality and returns on risk.
•Deliver Business Credit Office tasks aligned to agreed OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs.
•Own the end-to-end Credit & Lending servicing journey to ensure seamless, efficient customer and internal stakeholder processes.
•Participate in deal discussions and meetings with clients or credit risk teams.
•Act as First Line of Defence by maintaining internal control standards and ensuring timely implementation of audit recommendations and regulatory issues.
•Drive continuous improvement through productivity enhancements and technology/customer experience initiatives aligned to a globally consistent C&L operating model.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in corporate lending with strong analytical skills.
•Sound credit knowledge and proven ability to write credit proposals.
•Strong understanding of financing instruments and banking products for Wholesale Banking.
•Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate complex situations and drive alignment among senior leaders.
•A graduation degree is mandatory; a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
