  • •Partner with front-line managers and Directors to uplevel Customer Success and Implementations enablement programs.
  • •Design an ongoing, scalable enablement program engaging for remote audiences.

  • •Continuously improve training using data-driven insights, learner feedback, and alignment with product/process changes.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years developing, coordinating, and facilitating training sessions for 20+ learners (virtual and/or live).

  • •Experience implementing modern learning theories and methodologies.
  • •Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-exception environment.
