Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of shipping routes and delivery to support customer satisfaction, proactively anticipating and resolving freight/packaging/delivery issues.
  • •Communicate internally and externally about transportation requirements and support customer requests for industry compliance.
  • •Work with suppliers and Product Engineering to ensure required documentation is received and customer requests are fulfilled on time.
  • •Perform warehouse operations including receiving and putting away deliveries, pulling/staging/QA orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • •Maintain material trackers and resolve AP issues while reporting on logistics activity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • •5 years of experience in a similar logistics/supply role.
  • •Proficiency with SAP (or a similar ERP system) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend and implement process improvements.
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage reporting/time management effectively.
